PostSig LineageAI™

From signed documents
to a living model of
business commitments.

PostSig LineageAI™ connects the contract record to the business reality it governs. As agreements, orders and business activity change, it maintains the connected understanding teams need to establish what applies and see where it matters.

The LineageAI model

A connected understanding
of your commitments.

LineageAI is PostSig’s model of business commitments, connecting source evidence, relationships and changes over time to establish what applies.

Our model represents the business context: the products, companies and investments involved, the commitments between them, and the records that establish or change those commitments. This is a structured model of business context, rather than a foundation language model.

Entity resolution

Connect records about the same thing.

Bring together records referring to the same product, company, investment or business relationship, so their commitments and business activity can be understood together.

Relationship modeling

Understand what changes what.

Represent how a source amends, replaces, supplements or preserves an existing commitment. A new document may affect one provision while other terms continue.

Temporal resolution

Establish what applies at a point in time.

Read effective dates alongside the scope of each change to establish which terms apply together, retaining earlier positions as part of the history.

Evidence lineage

Keep the sources behind the position.

Trace the resulting position to the records that establish or modify it. Preserve the history and make unresolved conditions or missing evidence explicit.

Each change has a scope
and an effective date.

LineageAI connects those changes to the commitments they affect, establishing which terms apply together while preserving the evidence and history behind them.

An amendment may change pricing while other provisions remain intact. A service order may remove a product while separate use conditions continue. The governing position draws on the relevant provisions across those sources.

Approved context.

PostSig MCP gives approved tools access to connected answers and evidence. Access to an answer does not itself authorize a downstream action.

One intelligence foundation.

CPM and IRI apply PostSig LineageAI™ to their business workflows. Teams use the intelligence through dashboards, the in-app assistant and PostSig MCP.

A few finer points.

What if the records do not support a complete answer?

A conclusion should distinguish what the available evidence establishes from what still needs checking. In the invoice example, a missing billed period prevents the charge from being matched to the applicable service scope. That missing fact stays explicit.

Does a newer document replace everything that came before?

A change may affect only pricing, one service or a particular right. Other provisions continue unless the applicable documents change them. Establishing the current commitment requires reading the relevant sources together.
